Cemax Consultants was established in 2009 in Dublin, Ireland, by Sinéad O'Driscoll and Brian Brophy. Brian is a former Irish Military Instructor Pilot, having flown Military Jets and Helicopters. After his Military career, and prior to the establishment of Cemax, Brian worked as a Search and Rescue Helicopter Commander for the Irish Coastguard, operating as Chief Pilot of their Dublin Base, flying the Rescue 116 Sikorsky S61N Helicopter. 
From small beginnings in Dublin, Cemax has expanded to currently providing services worldwide, using a team of motivated professionals.
